"The hotel is well located in a beautiful and scenic part of the country. I used this as a stopover, close to European space centre and on the way to Disneyland Paris, but it's so much more than a stopover and I'm eager to return and use it as a base for canoeing the beautiful Semois valley. It is clean, comfortable, well decorated, has a great atmosphere and also benefits from being well served by really friendly and helpful hosts. Lovely breakfast and nice beer too!"

"Really nice hotel. Stayed for only one night but had food and drink in the restaurant. Order burgers but steaks came out, staff were very helpful to rectify the order. The desert ordered however took an age to come out. Minor issue with the plug in the sink being broken and the temperature was warm and the room lacked Air con so it was a warm night. All in all though it was a positive and I would stay again."

"We stayed in room 9 (bottom floor). The room itself is amazing. Bed is very comfy, lots of storage, good furniture layout and a huge bathroom! There are tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom. The room has great aircon, and when set to the quiet setting, is nearly silent! The balcony is extensive and private which is great! "A fantastic room overlooking the river, with views extending over 270 degrees as we were on the corner of the hotel on the 3rd floor. There was a minor problem checking in as the receptionist gave us a room with a street/trees view, but this was resolved by the senior receptionist who was extremely helpful. Breakfast was not worth the money (24 euros each) but the dinners were excellent. The meals were superb quality and the extras, including bread and gazpacho were appreciated. However, on the third night we weren't given these items but every other table seemed to get them. Overall, an excellent hotel with minor errors from some of the less experienced staff."

"Nice location on the river, and although the pool isn't a swimming pool - more of a plunge pool - it was nice to cool off in. We would have stayed there longer but left due to the number of smokers; unfortunately in a courtyard area like that it's hard to get away from other people's smoke! Our room was a little tired - could do with a paint to freshen it up - and we struggled to find enough sockets to charge our electrical items. Staff were very helpful and kindly let us use the garage to park our motorbikes in overnight. It's a 15-20 min walk to the area where all the main bars/restaurants are, but there's a lot going on in the town so it's worth the walk. Barman made a great mojito!"
