"Reception staff made us feel as if we were an inconvenience. On arrival told No availability to eat at the hotel as restaurant fully booked! Rooms no a/c, no tv, no bar, no safe, clean but basic. Beautiful location."

"The one word that accurately sums up this place is "disappointing". The pictures were obviously taken with lighting that hid or obscured the poor condition the walls and parts of the house were in. The shower was so tiny that I had to use it hunched over almost 90 degrees. There were multiple sockets that were closed off with just duct tape, and the kitchen was in serious need of repainting. "A unique B&B nestled in a tiny village away from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend. Quiet, romantic, oozing with charm and character. Rooms have A/C that works well. Beautifully renovated building. Breakfast is a 14euro add-on (not sure it’s worth it) and the walkable restaurants are fine (if they’re open and available). You might have to drive 10-15 mins. for other options. Overall, we liked it!"

Really hot - no aircon or mini fridge to keep the bed clean Bedsheets were weird, they came off as soon as I got into bed. 5am banging noises. 6am banging noises. 7am banging noises. "Amazing place to stay. Host and staff are great. The food is good enough to be from a Michelin starred restaurant. The bedrooms are spacious, well decorated and equipped. The hotel is also well located for walking, cycling and exploring the wonderful Ardennes countryside. "

"Really nice hotel. Stayed for only one night but had food and drink in the restaurant. Order burgers but steaks came out, staff were very helpful to rectify the order. The desert ordered however took an age to come out. Minor issue with the plug in the sink being broken and the temperature was warm and the room lacked Air con so it was a warm night. All in all though it was a positive and I would stay again."
