Great location, nice quiet village with a great pub nearby. The Cottage could do with a bit of tlc and a bit more of thorough clean. The garden was nice and big.
The house is in a beautiful village with an excellent pub within sight of it.
It has a large enclosed garden which is great for dogs.
We would have liked hot water in the downstairs loo but it was clean.
Probably not ideal for our elderly mum but that isn't the owner's fault. The description did say there was a shower oiver the bath, which wasn't easy for her, snd that access to the bathroom was through the main bedroom.
We all had an excellent week in Rosemullion cottage, excellently situated between Hastings and Rye, and within walking distance of 'The local' . All the facilities we needed for a week away, and a great coffee machine so I could sit out and enjoy the sunshine in the ample garden in the morning.
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very good. The surrounding was very quiet. Plenty of good pubs and restaurants close by. Kitchen could be a bit better equipped.
Garden could be in better shape.
