"This property has everything you could need for any length of stay, and if it was lacking anything, Nelson took care of it. There is plenty of room, plenty to cook with and an amazing pool and spa to chill in. Hanging out with friends & family outside is so easy and comfortable. The air conditioners in the bedrooms make sleeping so nice & if you want an expert to take you and your group on a tour of almost anyplace on the island, Nelson does that - and at a great rate!! If we ever get back to...

"Whenever you used the bathrooms in the second floor you would smell it in the master bedroom making it very uncomfortable.Also we we're charged extra for twels and linens however we were short 1 beach towel and 1 bath set. We made it work, overall very nice, safe place."

"This apartment was as described in the ad. The local area was great! Very close to beautiful beaches and good restaurants. Not a bad drive to San Juan. The only issue we had was my daughter’s portable speaker was stolen from the pool area. She walked away for just a few minutes to get a towel and it was gone. Other than that we had no issues. "
