This hotel is a get what you paid for situation because it was cheaper than other name brands. The room was what we needed for the night. Check in staff was so sweet. Breakfast was carb loaded so chose to go elsewhere. The room was clean and functional.

Someone was using a grocery shopping cart to clean the rooms, and it was very loud when going down the breezeway early in the morning. Maybe use a cart with plastic wheels?

Everything was great except when we arrived the air conditioning in both of our rooms was off. We turned them on and went to dinner. It took 9 hours for one room to cool down. The other room never cooled and was a miserable of no sleep. This makes travel the next day tough. Desk attendant was extremely nice and helpful.

Room was dirty, had hair and toothpaste in the sink. Carpet was dirty . Bed had pillows the size of a piece of paper for the beds. Staff wasn’t the friendliest.

I didn't expect much bc it's obviously a low end hotel. But the toilet ran excessively when filling, the AC would not cycle off (meaning I had to get up and turn it off when the room got cold and then get up again to turn it back on when the room warmed up), the room was represented to be a nonsmoking room even though there was the smell of smoke in the room (to be fair, it was faint, but still obvious because there is almost nothing worse than the smell of smoke to a nonsmoker) and they refused to refund for the second night I ended not needing the room, even though there was a new guest right there asking for a room at the same time I was checking out and asking for the refund. In other words, they were more interested in keeping my $75 than having me as a satisfied customer. I would not stay here again.

the man working the front desk was very rude and smoking on the job. i booked a room for 4 online. we i got there he asked how many people were staying and that it was gonna be a extra 10 dollars per person (after 2 people) the place was dirty and smelt nasty. you are better off sleeping in your car. do not recommend.

They required a $50 deposit and wasnt informed when setting the appointment. No hot water for showers; tv was broken; breakers triped when using outlets in the bathroom
