"This apartment was very nice and clean. Perfect for a 1 night stay which is what we were looking for. Safety was a concern for us in Belize City, and this neighborhood was much nicer compared to others closer to downtown or the south side. Everything you need is within a few minites drive."

"Facility is okay at best, needs general upkeep to be completed. Painting would be helpful, garbage pickup around the property is needed. The pool is nice but the deck fencing around the pool needs to be repaired as part of it is down. You need a car to get anywhere. We like to walk but we really couldn’t because it is located off of a highway with no safe place for anyone to walk.
