"Grace on the bay! The house was great had everything we needed! The beach had a lot seaweed but it was the time of year(end of July) when we went! Recommend lathering yourself in bug spray they are definitely bad! Overall my family had a wonderful time and would definitely make a return trip! "

"The villa was very private. Big comfy bed overlooking the Atlantic with a private pool. My wife and I enjoyed every second while there. The cove had the most beautiful beach and water we’ve ever seen. We enjoyed kayaking the shallow crystal clear waters and through the mangroves. We enjoyed breakfast every morning at the Great House. The cove had simple food with a fancy flare. Dinners were very fancy with great variety and impeccable taste, the dessert as well!! Sailrock was exactly what we were looking for!!"

"The reviews are real- this place is perfect and was just what we needed to celebrate our 20th anniversary. We saw more sea turtles than people (20 in 1 trip vs. 1 in 7 days on our beach) and loved sampling the delicious local flavors. We cooked several meals in the house and never felt like we had to make do with kitchen items. I'm already planning a return trip with my girlfriends.Biggest suggestion- learn how to take a good phone picture of the stars. You can see the Milky Way with the naked eye and you will want to remember it!"

"House: Amazing property with an amazing view. Extremely clean and comfortable. Location was the best. The house also already had some swim and snorkel stuff as well as some condiments, coffee etc. Host: Regine was amazing. She helped with a ton of coordination before we came. She helped with charters, food recommendations etc. When we arrived, she met us at the dock and helped with luggage. She was very responsive during the week as well. I don't think we've had a better host. Overall: Easily the best house, host and location. North Caicos is an absolute hidden gem. We had the best family vacation exploring North and Middle Caicos. "
