Comfortable family friendly apartment for 2-5 persons with terrace u. balcony

You live in a newly renovated high quality apartment / house on two levels. On the ground floor is the large living and dining area with tiled stove. A cozy corner couch invites you to relax or watch TV. From there you get to the large south-facing terrace, which is equipped with awning and garden furniture and loungers. Access to the garden, barbecue available. On the first floor are two bedrooms - a rural with south facing balcony and a modern one. In the modern bedroom could also be an extra bed set up, travel cot can be provided. Bathroom with toilet. Non smoking home! Wi-Fi available.

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in Hausham bei Familie Sigel.Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen👍 Eine gut ausgestattete Küche, eine bequeme Sitzecke am Kamin und sehr bequeme Betten für einen erholsamen Schlaf 😴 Der Außenbereich mit Tischgruppe und Sonnenliege lädt zum Verweilen ein. Familie Sigel ist sehr Gastfreundlich und Hilfsbereit ! Man bekommt ausreichend Tipps, wo man gut essen , radeln oder wandern kann. Hier nochmal ein herzliches Dankeschön ❣️

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit!
Wir waren über die Osterferien bei Familie Sigel in Hausham und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Ferienwohnung erstreckt sich über 2 Etagen und bot genug Platz für unsere Familie (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder). Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Besonders genossen haben wir den großen Garten und die eigene Terrasse. Die Kinder konnten sich frei auf dem gesamten Grundstück bewegen. Das große Highlight war für sie der Hühnerstall und die frischen Eier. Von Hausham selbst kann man sehr schöne Wanderungen unternehmen. Direkt hinter dem Haus von Familie Sigel gehen die ersten Touren los. Vielen Dank an Familie Sigel für die tolle Gastfreundschaft.

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft
Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in Hausham. Die Ferienwohnung ist absolut ruhig gelegen, top ausgestattet, und in kürzester Entfernung bietet sich eine große Auswahl an Ausflugszielen. Ganz besonders zu erwähnen sind die sehr aufmerksamen und herzlichen Vermieter. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder. Uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen!

Eine schöne Zeit
Wir haben eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr nett und entspannt, wir fühlten uns direkt willkommen. Die Kinder haben mit Begeisterung im Garten gespielt. Die Wohnung war sehr großzügig und es war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigten. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Tolle Ausgangslage zum Schliersee und Tegernsee
Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit seiner ruhigen Lage sehr genossen. Es war alles wie beschrieben vorhanden und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat super geklappt. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr geräumig und die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. In der Morgensonne haben wir auf der Terrasse gerne unser Frühstück eingenommen. Der Ort Hausham ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zum Schliersee bzw. Spitzingsee sowie zum Tegernsee, ebenso zu diversen Bergtouren. Auch zum Chiemsee ist es nicht weit. Gerne wieder.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung
Wer einen ruhigen Winter- oder Sommerurlaub genießen möchte, kann diese Unterkunft ohne zu zögern buchen. Die Wohnung ist quasi eine Doppelhaushälfte. Dadurch hat selbst eine Familie viel Platz. Die Unterkunft ist hochwertig eingerichtet und man könnte ohne Probleme jeden Tag kochen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wunderbar Zeit
Ein toller Urlaub in einer liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Wir waren zu dritt dort, und es gebe auch noch Platz für viel mehr. Tolle Ausgangslage für die na liegenden Berge zum rodeln und Skifahren. Bestimmt auch sehr zu empfehlen im Sommer. Direkt am Waldrand und somit in der Natur gelegen. Nach der wunderschönen Tegernsee ist nur ein Katzensprung entfernt.

Idyllisch gelegene Ferienwohnung
Wir hatten zu zweit eine sehr erholsame Woche. Sehr hübsche Terrasse mit Almblick und Kuhglocken als „Tischmusik“ - Bayern wie aus dem Bilderbuch!
