10/10 Excellent

"This place is probably the best value hotel I've stayed in for years - I can't recommend it enough. The decor is warm and lovely...very alpine chalet style, with loads of facilities like pool, spa, jacuzzi and stuff for children. I visited alone in July but can imagine winter is amazing with lovely cubby holes for relaxing, plus the rooms are great - importantly, good sound insulation from other guests' rooms. Very good breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. Easy walk into town - and Morzine is gorgeous. Very pleased to have found this."

"Great location Great breakfast Lovely staff Wonderful room with a great view No air conditioning which wouldn’t usually matter but it was a heatwave, Great pool, shame that use the other spa facilities were closed until the afternoon which meant it was full of teenagers hanging out in the jacuzzi most days once they did open"

"The room was a lot smaller than expected and the bedroom was actually on extend to the lounge with only a bifold door separating them. You couldn’t watch the tv as the sofas were not able to be positioned in the right place. Unfortunately there was shards of glass on one of the sofas which my daughter cut her hand on. They did attempt to hoover it up with the most disgusting dirty hoover I have ever seen. But in the end had to change the cover. They weren’t very apologetic about this and didn’t seem to understand the potential implications. The radiator in the “bedroom” wasn’t working and had to be fixed. There is only one plug socket in the kitchen so you have to change the kettle, toaster, coffee machine over as you need to use them. In general there aren’t enough plug sockets and the room is really dated. Ski locker is very small for 4 people skiing. Great location and views, and snow was lovely."
