House with 3 gites on several levels. On the 1st floor, access by a few steps. Living room opening onto a balcony, kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190 cm / 2 single bunk beds 90x190 cm + 1 sofa bed for 2 people 140x190 cm / 1 double bed 160x190 cm), 2 bathrooms water (shower + WC). Private grass terrace below the gite. Common garden and shared swimming pool. Private car park. Firewood included. Rental of sheets and towels: see directly with the owners. Animals on request, subject to the agreement of the owners. Very close to the resort of Les Saisies, a few steps from the center of Hauteluce, the "Lapiere" gîte is ideal for enjoying holidays in the mountains all year round. Located next to the owners' house, they have completely renovated this old family home made up of two other gites. Close to shops and all conveniences, what better way to avoid using your car and do everything on foot in summer and winter alike!
