Wir verbrachten zwei Nächte am Wochenende dort. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Das Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet und bot alles, was wir brauchten. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren vorhanden, und das Apartment war blitzsauber. Verbesserungswürdig sind allerdings die teuren Parkgebühren und der Spa-Bereich. Wir wollten zu dritt in den Spa-Bereich, aber die Rezeption war unbesetzt. Die Öffnungszeiten in der App waren falsch. Außerdem stimmte die Ankunftszeit in der Bestätigungs-E-Mail nicht. Dort stand, der Spa-Bereich schließe um 19:30 Uhr, in der E-Mail war jedoch 20:00 Uhr angegeben.

Als wir buchen wollten, haben wir 4 Schlafzimmer gesucht, da wir 8 Personen waren und nicht im Wohnzimmer schlafen wollten. Laut der Belvilla-Website schien alles möglich zu sein. Wir haben mehrmals die Website und die Beschreibung der Einrichtung gelesen und es wurde darauf hingewiesen, dass es sich um eine 4-Zimmer-Wohnung handelt, die gebucht werden kann. Wir haben dies deshalb gebucht.Leider war erst nach Zahlung und Erhalt des Reisegutscheins bekannt, dass es 3 Schlafzimmer und ein Wohn-/Schlafzimmer gibt. Ich habe dann noch einmal die Beschreibung der Website gelesen und angeschaut und es war nichts darüber zu finden. So war es erst nach der Buchung/Zahlung/Gutschein mit Infos wirklich klar!!. Aus meiner Sicht ist dies ein bewusstes Vorenthalten der richtigen Informationen. Nach Kontaktaufnahme per Chat (Belvilla) wurde mir gesagt, dass ich anrufen müsse, da sie nicht viel dagegen machen könnten.. Als ich am nächsten Tag (bei Belvilla) anrief und es erklärte, wurde ich in die Warteschleife gesetzt (hatte alle Daten), ging die Verbindung verloren. Dann erwartet ein Service, dass Sie zurückgerufen werden, aber das ist leider zu viel erwartet, und ich habe am nächsten Tag wieder angerufen, die Geschichte noch einmal erklärt und dann wurde mir gesagt, dass es nicht erwähnt oder notiert wurde. Sie würden den Komplex kontaktieren und ich würde mehr darüber erfahren.3 Tage später erhielt ich einen Anruf von Belvilla. Ich durfte die Geschichte mit den Schlafzimmern noch einmal erklären, da sie anscheinend nicht klar war. Die Person nennen würde den Komplex ..... Sorry, aber warum Tage warten 3 und damit nichts mit meinem früheren Bericht ... dann habe ich einen Rückruf von Belvilla bekommen und gut, es ist richtig das Wohnzimmer ist ein Schlafzimmer und ist , dass die so ist es eben.... Als ich darauf hinwies, dass dies in der Beschreibung der Webseite anders steht als am Ende nach Zahlungsbeleg, hieß es einfach: naja es könnte sein.. und was erwartest du jetzt von uns .. statt dass sie denken , zusammen, tun sie mit einer Meldung kommen, ja , wenn Sie abbrechen möchten, wird es eine Stornogebühr sein.
