The little town of Hauteluce is lovely and has great mountain views. For ski rental, Chozal is great. Much better pricing than anywhere else around. There are a couple of good restaurants in town. We loved Le Bistrot des Alpages!

Being that my stay was in June, it was very difficult to find transport to and from without my own car. Limited front desk hours (ability to check in) also made this more difficult to coordinate.
