Wash dishes that are used, if you are short of time leave them in the dish rack to dry. Please ensure TV remotes are left on the coffee table.
Ensure all personal belongings are removed. Please pick up any dog poos. There is poo bags in the draw please use these if you don't have any and put in the outside rubbish bin.
If there is any damage to property e.g. you pet has chewed the electric blanket cord, please advise the host. Please don't just push the cord back under the mattress.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Please keep dogs off all furniture. It is preferred if you use your own doggie bed. If you have a pet there is a $20 surcharge.
If you are responsible for stains on the furniture or bedding, please inform the host.
Any damage to furniture or equipment provided by the host, ensure you advise the host. Please do not enter locked storage cupboard.

Otaki Gorge Stopover

A great place to stopover with our dog on the way back to Cambridge. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Very friendly host.

Fantastic stay

What a fabulous find! We will definitely be back. Loved the place, cosy, warm and inviting on arrival. So nice to be able to stay with our dog. The bird song in the morning was amazing!!

Wonderful spot

We loved our stay at Judith’s place. The barn has been wonderfully fitted with every comfort and our girls especially loved saying hello to Snippy the horse. My only feedback would be that breakfast was a bit on the light side for 5 people and it was good we’d brought some of our own food up.

Rural getaway

Loved finding a neck of the woods we had never seen before so close to the main road. The property was fun - lots of lovely small touches with plenty of parking space. Judith was accomodating and helpful. We enjoyed being able to have our dog with us.

Better than expected!

Judith’s barn is fantastic - the photos on the website don’t do it justice! It was perfect for us (family of three with our dog). The grounds are beautiful and it is quiet and private. The barn is easy to access with plenty of parking and everything was clean and well-stocked. We were pleasantly surprised to find breakfast in the fridge which was a real time saver as we were on our way to the ferry in Wellington. Great for a pit stop or longer stay. It’s so nice finding somewhere dog-friendly too. Highly recommend!

A country haven

We had a very comfortable stay. The accommodation was exactly as listed, and communication with the host Judith was excellent. We all felt very welcomed, including our Labrador Gracie, and are looking forward to our return visit.
