Located on the first floor of the owners' second home, with an independent entrance, it offers great comfort, with its living space integrating spacious living room, dining room and very well equipped kitchen. A large bedroom can sleep two people (1 bed of 160) and the possibility of another person (1 bed of 90), bathroom (shower), toilet. Electric heating/reversible air conditioning. In fine weather, you will enjoy the heated swimming pool, open from May to the end of September (dimensions 5m x 10 m, maximum depth 1.70m), this is shared with the owners (times to be defined on site) without forgetting the garden, the terrace, and a small summer kitchen is at your disposal with barbecue and pétanque court...Vichy all sports and leisure activities 7 km away. Possibility of an additional person on request. Prices Cure for 3 consecutive weeks: Off season: €900 Mid season and school holidays: €1000 High and very high season: €1200. THE ADVANTAGES OF THE GITE: Sheets, towels and household linen provided.
End of stay cleaning is extra. Bike rental: €30/person (on stay). Heating and electricity payable by the customer, to be paid on site at the end of the stay.
