"Receptionist spoke English/Spanish so it helped checking in and asking questions. The room was clean, and they were nice enough to switch us rooms when we requested it. The free breakfast was awesome (7-9am), and the bar downstairs was clean and peaceful. Some distance away from all the tourist areas but there was a metro nearby, and that was our main form of transportation; easy to navigate once you get it the first time. Overall, the hotel great, 5 stars. "

"What a fantastic choice this turned out to be! This chic hotel is well located, less than a five-minute walk from the Metro, which takes you to the city centre in about 30 minutes. Although it's tucked away in a backyard, that actually adds to its charm, making it quiet and picturesque — it really does feel like a hidden gem. Shops and restaurants are close by. If I had to describe our experience in two words: "stylish" and "cosy." The whole place feels modern and well looked-after. The lobby area may not be massive, but it's comfortable and a nice spot for a drink or a quick break. Our rooms were excellent—spacious, clean, and tidy, with a practical and spotless bathroom. The welcoming note added a thoughtful touch. The breakfast area is lovely, though there may not be enough seats during peak times. However, the quality and variety of food and drinks were excellent. I also checked out the gym and sauna—I'll definitely try them next time. The roof terrace is a lovely spot to enjoy, better in the summer. The staff we met, Elliot, Margo, and the breakfast team, were professional and friendly throughout. There is one drawback, perhaps typical for big cities: there's no parking included, which adds some hassle if you arrive by car. We truly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to going back!"
