"The hotel charged a $90 euro deposit fee which we were told would be refunded back to the credit card upon check-out after 3-4 days. Normally hotels only take your credit card info but do not run a charge amount for a deposit, and we had already prepaid the entire hotel stay amount. We have yet to receive back the $90 euro deposit amount, 2.5 weeks later. Hotel has not responded to messages sent, and the platform we booked the hotel has also been trying to contact the hotel on our behalf for...

"Great clean, quiet hotel, two train stops from La Defensa. The hotel was air conditioned and my room had a stove, fridge and coffee machine. The room was also at an incredible price. I was traveling throughout Europe and stayed in a slew of budget hotels and this was my favorite."

"Great location - less than 2 mins walk from metro, on a quiet street with lots of restaurants and even a supermarket, yet less than 15 mins from centre of city on Metro line 1. Only 2 stops from La Defence Arena. The local area is relaxed and well worth exploring. Very friendly, responsive and helpful staff made stay even more enjoyable. Will definitely stay here again."
