Property was Clean, AC worked great, it's Cuba so it is what I expected. Americans don't have many options, but this place was good! Walking distance to all sites in Old Havana. Prop mngr Mayte was nice to deal with, I wish she knew a bit more English. No WiFi, no bottled water to buy were the only cons for me. As a NYer I was resourceful, walking to the other nice hotels and using their services for taxi's etc.. =)

Excellent, comfortable, and very clean property managed by a very polite and professional staff. Location in El Vedado neighborhood is great for those who want to stay in Havana and be close to popular nightlife.

こじんまりとした一軒家のような建物。ホテルという看板１つ無いが、それが、現地と溶け込める一因となる。周辺には、市場、レストランなど、ちょっとした買い物が出来、不便が無い。この国や人々に溶け込みたい方には、お勧めできる。スタッフが親切で、２４時間、常駐されている。ドライヤーが無く、ちょっと不便だった。ただ、キューバの方は、ドライヤーを使わないそう。日本人だったら 持参した方が良いかも！　静かで、良かった！

I erroneously booked the same night from two different platforms (hoteles.com and expedia), cause the first one delayed in sending the confirmation . Once I found this out, I contacted the hotel that instead of helping me in any way, just said that the booking are not managed by them and literally washed his hands on the matter. I am still not sure if they could help me somehow, but I am pretty sure that Luis could have at least try to found a middle solution, Very sorry that didn`t happen .

Passage à La Havane
Le logement est facile à trouvé et se situe dans un quartier calme. Quatre lits dans la même chambre... une nouveauté pour nous. Mais le grand lit double, très confortable, nous a amplement suffit. Le personnel rencontré est très sympathique et a rendu se séjour agréable. Bon petit déjeuner, même s'il n'y a pas de beurre tous les jours (Cuba oblige...). Tarif cher annoncé à 8€.

Muy buena experiencia, lo único, que al llegar, según yo arrende una habitación y me tenían asignada otra, tuve que pagar una diferencia por la que yo quería. Hay una persona 24 horas al día y son todos muy amables, buena ubicación, rico desayuno, todo bien.

Casa particular carina, non adatta se cerchi il calore di una famiglia cubana, ha una gestione simile a un hotel. Pulito, bel arredato, aria condizionata funzionante, bagno non in camera ma vicino alla camera e ad uso esclusivo perfetto, pulito, grande, bella doccia (lavandino piuttosto alto, non adatto a bimbi piccoli). Ottima e abbondante colazione nella terrazza dell’hotel, facoltativa (si paga a parte). Ottima e rapida la comunicazione con la proprietaria che ci ha anche inviato un taxi a prenderci in aeroporto, macchina antica bellissima, un poco caro (40 cuc in 4 con 4 valigie), ma professionale e puntuale. Unica nota negativa: se arrivi dopo le 18 c’è già buio e al buio la zona non è bellissima. Per uscire a cena a piedi abbiamo fatto una camminata non liacevolissima e abbiamo cenato nel primo locale incontrato, così così. Ma forse se prima del vostro arrivo chiedete anche una prenotazione per un ristorantino più carino, son certa che la signora Ada saprà organizzare anche questo

Una experiencia desagradable y de mal gusto. Un hotel con instalaciones muy mala calidad: zona piscinas con agujeros y la piscina sin gresite en varios lados, la habitación muy mal con agujeros en las parede, s con humedades, el baño lleno de Adujeron los techos, la cortina negra de moho de la humedad, el grifo oxidado, paredes y techos sin pintar muchos años...etc.....etc
