"House is located just outside Roy Lake state park with a nice view of the north boat ramp and swim beach. Location puts you within short drive to over 15 lakes with good to excellent fishing.House amenities allowed us to prepare meals, take care of laundry, park and service our boat, and relax. A state fish cleaning station is with 1/4 mile to make that processes easier as well. The location of this house would be ideal for the fishing and hunting seasons. Special thanks to the owner who greeted us and gave us good local information. Will definitely be booking future stays."

"We had 6 of us on a 3 day fishing trip. The home was amazing and had everything we needed for a great trip. I would recommend this place to anyone. Beautiful deck on the lake side and a dock to tie up to when you need to stop while you’re on Roy Lake. Very clean and a great neighbor Charlie across the road that is willing to help you with anything. "

"Super nice place to stay if you are in the area. Whether staying with a hunting party or a family gathering, this is the perfect place to stay! Tim was amazingly accomodating. The house had everything we needed and more for a comfortable and pleasant stay. We have family in Wyndmere and needed a larger place for our family to stay for a family reunion.there was plenty of room for the 12 of us to visit, play games, and rest. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area."

"Our stay was wonderful. We were just down the road from the boat dock and we could drop our boat in the lake very easily. We fished most days and caught a range of different fish. The cabin had a nice patio and deck that we could sit on and watch the day go by. We would stay again! Thank you to Phil for all your help and quick responses to all my questions.
