"I didn’t know what to expect when I rented, but the unit looked nice and looked clean. I have to say that it exceeded my expectations. The unit was convenient to the things I wanted to do, it was clean, the little backyard was great for the puppies and all in all I could not have had a better experience. "The property was perfect for our needs. The instructions were very clear and helpful. The rental was spotless when we arrived. The neighbors were very friendly. The upstairs bed squeaked each time you moved and it was loud enough to wake you up. The frame definitely needs some tightening up. "This is the sweetest little guest house in the perfect midtown Tallahassee location. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, but still under 10 minutes away from the Florida State campus, the capitol building, TMH and dozens of great restaurants and retail locations. My adult son and I were in town to visit family and the location couldn't have been more perfect. The two bedrooms and one bathroom feel just the right size for two or maybe three people. I would definitely stay again."

"This fun house had a many things to do for the kiddos and adults. Ping pong, arcade game, lounge couches, board games, and a scavenger hunt from the home owners on the last night.
