"The entrance and access to the rooms was dirty and unwelcoming. There was a lot of noise from delivery trucks and garbage trucks. There was no reception to speak of and this made it difficult to organise anything like taxis etc to get around. Extremely rude and arrogant manager who swore and used foul language when we made a comment that he was not very helpful or courteous. The place itself once passed the entrance was lovely but there was no lift and no help with luggage up the stairs. ...

Lo único malo que podría decir, es que el baño estaba fuera de la habitación pero era solo para nosotros. Y el internet no nos funcionó en toda la estancia. Lo que tampoco pasamos mucho tiempo ahí, así que no nos preocupó demasiado."
