"We loved how quiet it was they’d gone some trouble to cut out the noise. We’ve stayed at other motels in the same street that were quite noisy. For this motel the bedroom was at the back of the unit and had wooden shutters to deaden the noisy was very effective. The curtains made the unit very dark which was great for sleeping in. Comfortable bed and pillows. Probably the only thing I would have liked was cushions on the sofa and a hand rail to help with getting out of the spa.Hosts were very friendly and checked with us everything was ok. You don’t get that usually. A nice touch thanks. "

"We had a fantastic 3-night stay in Eddie and Julie's cottage. They made such kind accommodations for our baby and toddler, including setting up a portacot and high chair. The cottage is full of thoughtful touches, and the bed is very comfy! Lovely peaceful setting in beautiful grounds. Thanks Eddie and Julie!"
