"The front desk staff was exceptional"

"I didn't get a chance to stay at the hotel. Because I got a email 3 hours before being at the hotel. Saying my room was cancelled. Try calling them 12 times and no answer. So not a good place to do business with. I'm glad I haven't left."

"The outside of the hotel was a bit unappealing and dated but the room and service were outstanding. The room was clean, well cared for, and excellent value. I definitely will stay there again when in town visiting family."

"This was the nastiest hotel Ive ever stayed in. I would have left had it not been late and I hadn't prepaid. I work on the area but live two hours away so I was too exhausted to drive. This property is a mess. It is dirty, needs repairs, unsightly. The room had stained carpet broken and sticky TV remote, torn curtains, lipstick on the washcloths, and the most stained shower floor Ive ever seen. Gross.
