"Cosy & comfortable, with everything you need for a few days break. Very quiet, peaceful area, with great walks from the doorstep. Lovely to sit at the table in the front overlooking the beach. The only downside is that I think parking could be tricky if all the cottages are occupied. Also it would have been useful to know which colour front door was mine as it wasn't clear from the photos."

Penrhiw Priory

Penrhiw Priory

8/10 Good
"The tranquil setting and gorgeous building felt very special. We also enjoyed the gourmet breakfast that started the day . My only observation is that the Arts & Crafts building offers an opportunity to enhance that throughout rather than what is on the walls now, and feels like generic hotel decor that could be found anywhere. The priory is special, and that could be enhanced."

"A very special find, a beautiful location in the middle of Pembrokeshire, great to explore North and South from. A unique barn layout with lots of beautiful furnishings and all the extras you could need. A hot tub and sauna a real luxury, infact it was so lovely we cancelled one day exploring to stay at the barn and play games, swim, sauna and relax in such peaceful surroundings. Soaking in the hot tub at night, with bats flying overhead was a highlight. Cooked in the beautiful kitchen and highly recommend a meal at the local Pub The Pump on the Green, 5 mins away. Highly recommend."

"We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful cottage in West Wales and would happily return! The location was perfect - peaceful and quiet, yet close to everything we needed, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. The cottage itself was gorgeous, full of charm and character, and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We particularly loved the lovely views and the peaceful setting - it was the perfect place to unwind. The host was fantastic: incredibly helpful, friendly and easy to get hold of whenever we needed anything. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. A beautiful, characterful cottage in a wonderful location, with a fantastic host. Beach View - "cracking sea views"

10/10 Excellent
"Lovely little escape with a beautiful feature of the bedroom windows looking out to sea. Stayed in peak season so competitively priced for time of year. Hosts were lovely and super communicative throughout without intruding. Ideal space for two people, accommodated our medium sized dog perfectly. Garden looks onto car park but that looks onto the sea and is set back enough to feel private and to enjoy morning or evening refreshments with amazing sunrise/sunset. Impressively kitted out kitchen for a smaller space and able to be very self sufficient if so choose. Close enough to beach to walk down in your towel if you fancy. Was concerned about potential to get too hot but just opened windows wide and breeze blew hot air straight out, worth closing blinds while out to keep as cool as possible. Would happily stay again."

St David's Cross Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"A very well situated hotel, modern inside an old building. A nice beer garden. Pleasant and helpful staff. The restaurant was good and there are other nice eating places nearby. The bar closes at 10 which means it is quiet if you gov o bed early but there are nearby pubs ifvyou don’t want to b Vegan breakfast could have been a bit more exciting and it would be good if oat or soya milk plus sachets of flora (or similar) were available on the breakfast buffet. Good to have EV charging on site but they didn’t all work properly and the payment system was a bit fiddly. A really nice visit and I’d definitely stay again."
