The bedding smelt like it hadn’t been washed There was a runner in the wardrobe but that also smelt and had stains on it The bar (well it’s hardly a bar!) didn’t even have snacks or a cold diet coke…. He had a warm bottle and I said I’d take it and asked for ice cubes, charged me £10. The hotel isn’t near walking distance of a shop! "The hotel was good but I was shocked by their policy of housekeeping. They only change bedsheets after a 3 night stay, which was puzzling for me because I was of the understanding that the bedsheets should be changed every day unless stated otherwise by the guest. Then there was a staff who even told me that even after the 3 night stay, I still had to put in a request for the room to be cleaned before 12pm, if that time is missed, then you wait 5 nights before the bedsheets can be changed. Mind...
