"Although we have been to Northern France on numerous occasions this was a first, and it did not disappoint. Large property accommodating our party of 3 adults and 3 children (9-14). Enough bedrooms for all and a well equipped kitchen and a large loungec dine with all the cutlery and glasses you could wish for. "Description was accurate except for the address. Address was the owner's residence not the advertised place. Strong smell of vanilla when we arrived but it did not seem to be covering anything in particular. We arrived late in the evening but the instructions were otherwise complete. The property description was accurate as well. We would stay again."

"The house is extremely well equipped and has a lovely garden with views over the fields. The pool and cinema room were a bonus. It’s only a short drive into the centre of Lille and convenient to explore the surrounding area but we really enjoyed the rural location."

"Nice house with everything you need. We liked the different spaces at the different floors. Really nice and private outside area with sun during the whole day. Round bed was good as well (enough space for the both of us). Make a note that there is no wifi and sheets+towels are for rent or you can bring your own. Cassel is cozy with different restaurants and take aways (pizza take out around the corner is really good!) and a nice spot from where you can explore the area (Lille, Dunkirk)."
