"Owner very helpful to anything we needed. Was within walking distance to everything in town which has wonderful shops and places to eat."

"Waterview cottage is comfortable and very clean. The accommodations look new and we had good sleep. The kitchen has most of the necessary equipment for meal preparation. A baking sheet pan is needed. WiFi and Roku TV was excellent. The primary bedroom bed was so tall/high my wife could not get in or out of it. That necessitated sleeping in the 2 twins. Pleasantly Surprised

"I was a little concerned based on the other reviews, but once I registered and got to my room, I was no longer concerned. The room was well kept and functional. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom and shower were clean and everything worked as expected with no dripping faucets or constantly running toilets. The staff was friendly and kind. It appears that some of the units are used as long-term rentals. However, there were no noise issues during the night. All I was looking for was a place to sleep and shower while spending the weekend in Elkton. This property met my expectations. The Waffle House within walking distance was a nice added perk."
