"The location is good, near to the Cornish, however having limited parking spots, the Egyptian receptionist was not friendly, the breakfast buffet was not bad, it needs more variety, the mattress and pillow were hard. All in all, it’s OK. "

"I paid extra more to use the heated pool it was claimed the water temperature is 30degree celcius. But it was a big disappointment"

"The pool was empty and the staff said it was full and ok to use which was not the case There were no towels in the room nor any toiletries I had to ask for a towel and they gave me only one but not any toiletries The bathroom had a leaked and the staff were rude with bad attitudes and would rather play on their phones I would not recommend staying but with a little care and some maintenance and some helpful staff there would be a massive improvement "
