"I hosted a women’s retreat with seven women including myself. This venue was the perfect place to spread out and connect in the shared spaces. Plenty of bathrooms and comfortable rooms. We were able to set up chairs and tables for workshopping while leaving our yoga and activity space set up to transition easily during the day. The kitchen and dining room offered plenty of space to gather. Truly a dream come true for a retreat hostess and her guests "

"We stayed here for the Orange City Iowa Tulip Festival. This was the perfect location. The staff were very helpful. Beds were comfortable; room clean. I highly recommend this Baymont. FYI LeMars is the Ice Cream Capital of the WORLD!!!"

"I was impressed both by the cleanliness and the personality of this motel. It's not your normal cooky cutter hotel that all look alike on the inside. It has a throwback charm to it that is very unique. It could use a bit of paint touch up in a couple of corners and there were a few very minor chips in the furniture that just added to the charm. The breakfast was no feast, but nice, with waffles, eggs, sausage, variety of coffees, several different cereals, and a few breads. Just a warning, this is a love it or hate it type of place, because it isn't a huge chain cooky cutter place, but I loved it and will be back again."

"This is a trustworthy property. It’s our go-to when we are in the area. They could do better keeping their “market” stocked. Being out of coke seems unusual. Also, the hot tub jets did not work, which drivers really look forward to after a long day in the car."
