It was in a very convenient location with easy access to both Hāwera and Northern towns. Clean and tidy facilities. It was handy having a convenience store on the premises.

Kitchen was good the air worked it was cooler outside so we didn’t use it when we were having our pizza ants appeared on our cupboard and the room had stuff in the corners and top bed sheet I’m not sure what it was we just threw it to the floor

The room was a bit tired and the curtains needed a backing and the bed cover needed to be cleaned/replaced as when you pulled them back the underside was stained. The room was very clean, especially the bathroom. Even though it was on the main road there was no road noise.

The exterior and grounds need a tidy up but the inside of rooms are clean and tidy, looks like new bathroom fittings and great shower too, parking is excellent and plenty of space, reasonably priced

As previous guests have already mentioned the outside of the property needs tidying up, and carpet stains removed. Inside the modern freshly tilted bathroom was very clean and good quality towels were supplied.

A fair distance off the road. Rooms nice and comfortable. Only one thing I didn’t like was , only access to unit from one door. Which was around the back . Wasn’t great when it was raining . Apart from that , very happy with my stay.

Good place to stay!

Good place to stay on the edge of town. The room appears to have been refurbished very recently so everything was new. The room was equipped with a large TV and excellent air conditioning. All in all a good option if you need a motel in Hawera.

The staff were very helpful and the unit was clean and tidy. The shower was really good. Some of the gardens were a little untidy. Our bed was a little hard and the door locks were annoying as they automatically locked when you closed the door so you had to take the keys whenever you went outside.
