Front desk staff weren’t overly friendly or descriptive with amenities etc. however did the job. Room had a slightly weird smell. Great free breakfast variety and the pool was a nice perk with kids. Pool water was chilly and hot tub wasn’t very hot but still enjoyed.

Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff was helpful, friendly and courteous. Stayed overnight and a day as I was having surgery in Hawkesbury. Perfect location as it is 5 minutes from the hospital. Met all our needs at a reasonable price.

It was an ok stay. The staff were helpful, parking was good, and the AC worked well. The room was large and tidy enough minus the poor caulking/paint job and small stains on the walls and lampshades. The breakfast was sadly not enjoyable.

Pool water was cold and nice to small kids and families with little children who visit the parc omega stay in ontario. Location is in industrial area but five min drive to all things that u need including beautiful lake and park which is well kept. 470 main st e is a beautiful church and u can walk to the park from that church

Location was good. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast, no complaints. The fire alarm system went off twice during our last stay. Obviously not convenient, but obviously happy to know it works. My only real complaint would be the lack of direction. Staff did not direct guests anywhere and actually told us to stay in our rooms the second time it went off. Overall, it was a decent stay!

Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable with lots of pillows that weren't flat or stiff. Water was hot and pressure was great in shower. Breakfast was hot and quickly refilled. Loved the waffles! Coffee was delicious. Very bilingual staff, so there was no problem communicating. Awesome place to stop for the night.
