"Suzy and the BNB Guru team were great. The property was easy to book and they were very easy to communicate with. The pictures looked great, there were no reviews and the property was a "new listing". Upon arrival, the check in process was very easy and the 1st floor apartment was very accessible through a trashy and sticky stairway. Unfortunately, the apartment was very dirty and it smelled terrible. I think that something had recently been cooked in the apartment the did not smell favorable....
