I advise to other customers , please don’t go and don’t waste your halal money.

I have 2 complaints, the first is that upon arrival I was adked to pay something. Idk why considering booking was mqde in full thru Expedia. This was later cleared. The other complaint is that I tried to initially book the anniversary package thru email. The staff did not understand what I wasasking for still set up a standard invoice for the room. I got frustrated and ended up booking thru Expedia so I can use my rewards, since they were avoiding my request for the package. Could have been because they dont use email as much in this country. Overall would recommend and would visit again for special occasions. "
