"Great hotel with ever-polite and ever-helpful staff. I stayed two nights - first night was in the tiniest room ever with no desk so I had to do a zoom call with my laptop on the bed and me perched on the tiny foot stall. I mentioned it in my check-in review and the next day I was upgraded to a deluxe room with much more space and a desk! The bed was comfortable and everything very clean. "Lovely boutique hotel just a few blocks from Grand Central. Area is relatively quiet with so many shops and eateries near by. The property is small with just a few rooms on each floor. The elevators are super fast and require key access. It feels very safe. The rooms are tiny - and yet well appointed, clean and very nice. Loved having plenty of places to plug in devices. Appreciated having a steamer in the room. Great for couples, mom/daughter adventures or singles. Highly recommended."
