Great place to take the kids , let friendly , decent rooms, helpful staff , incidental us just a card on file . Everythjng was great I just wish if you stayed there you got a bigger discount for triple play as it’s super expensive

Overall we had a great experience with the room and the hotel staff were amazing. Only things that could've made the stay better would have been stable wifi (as it wouldnt stay connected for more than 5 to 10 min) as well as fan in the bathrooms to help with steam.

We did have a couple minor issues but the manager, Tammy, took care of it instantly. All the staff, breakfast bar ladies, front desk, house keeping and the manager, were all so friendly and kind. I would absolutely stay there again

We drove a very long time to get there, very Western Washington. Were allowed to check in early, we weren't staying in the room anyway, went out to town to grab food and just check out the area but was awesome that we were allowed to check in earlier than expected. We were there for Scarywood so we hit up the indoor waterpark for a few hours on the first day there then went up the Silverwood. Easy place to get in and out. The second day we checked out the other parts of their entertainment, the go-karts, the laser tag, both mini golf courses, the laser room, the bumper cars. Great that it all is one price either for 4 hours or all day. Then we went off to Scarywood for a second night. Check out was as easy as check out. Morning food options was amazing. Wasn't our first time there, won't be our last.

We stayed at Triple Play just for the hotel and not for all the fun activities. We thought we’d get to use the fun part, but it didn’t work out. The staff were friendly and helpful when I had a question. The room was clean and the breakfast was plentiful. Would recommend Triple Play for any age.
