"Nice size, warm cosy, short walk to the beach was a great central location for days out around Cornwall. Lovely we got to take our family dog. Value for money was great. Would use again."

"We loved the site and had a great holiday. With a few minor improvements the chalet could be very good indeed but we were comfortable and forgot to worry about the little things after a day or two."

"We had a very peaceful stay. The property was clean, safe, and well maintained. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a thoughtful goody bag filled with local treats and a few essentials, which was a lovely gesture from the host. The nearby local train station is a huge plus as for just £1.10, you can get to St Ives in under 5 minutes. Highly recommend!"

"The property is small but has every thing you need and a great base to explore Cornwall or just enjoy the local beaches, Chalets are well spaced out and it’s a lovely quiet park"

"Property is on quite a busy road i would not say very subtible for children. St Ives is a short distance away but car essential. The bathroom is very small and could do with an update there is an office on the top floor this would be better used as another bathroom. Lovely garden."

"Superb grounds, and views over to St Ives and the sea.worthy of stately home gardens. Fabulous building, great food and comfortable room if tired, single glazed, blinds broken and hot water system not up to standard. If sorted it could be 5*. Very steep walk to the beech and town"
