"It was difficult to stop by the hotel in a car, but once I had been dropped off and went in, the hotel the staff could not have been more helpful personally showing me to the underground car park. Dinner was fine for my husband, but I had to settle for just chips, as the menu was heavy on spicy choices, but the chips were some of the best I had ever eaten and the staff were very accommodating in getting me a roll to eat with them. Breakfast was good plenty of choices and hot. Would define stay there again."

"The kitchen and the bar people were very helpful . The reception staff were all great but check in person could have been better . Overall experience good . The telephone in the room was not working and inspite of bringing to the attention of the front desk people , it never got fixed during our one night stay"

"The rooms are somewhat small with a capsule bathroom that I've never seen before but actually quite liked. There is no air conditioning and the air cooler in my room didn't work and no fan were provided so it was quite unbearable, the window had to remain open and unfortunately there is a lot of road noise outside so my sleep was very disrupted. There is also very limited parking available, certainly not enough for all of the rooms the hotel has but I was lucky to get a space when I arrived. It's a fairly good budget hotel if you're planning a night out but it's quite basic."

"We recently stayed at this apartment for a weekend, and it was a fantastic experience. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city centre, making it easy to explore everything the city has to offer. The staff were incredibly attentive and communicative throughout our stay, with special thanks to the general manager who kept in touch before and after our visit, making us feel truly valued. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a short break or a city stay. Comfortable, convenient, and excellent service, perfect for a relaxing getaway!"
