"I would love to give a higher score because the place was nicely appointed and we had plenty of gathering space for a group of 8. The curtains, home decor and bedding in all 4 bedrooms were nicely appointed. My feedback is more about attention to detail/cleanliness! It was shocking to find bath cloths/towels torn/stained presented for guest to use. The ceiling fans and heat returns appear to have not been cleaned all year - which again is sad because overall you can tell that some initial love...

"I was an hour and a half away from the property when the host canceled. I had been sent no information prior to this cancellation. On top of that, VRBO’s “policy” doesn’t allow same day bookings, so instead of being able to enjoy my first night away in a long time, I was forced to spend what should have been time with friends scrambling to find somewhere reasonably priced to stay.
