"I have been a loyal Expedia customer for many years and consistently book my travel through your platform. I also usually purchase trip protection, but did not in this case since I was about to arrive at the hotel. When I realized I had booked the wrong date (Itinerary No. 73406343763019), I tried multiple times to correct it through Expedia and was told no changes or refunds were possible. What is concerning is that the issue was ultimately resolved by Jennifer Hernandez at the front desk of Comfort Suites in San Marcos, not Expedia. She took the initiative to contact your agents and successfully corrected the reservation. After over 45 years of travel, this level of service is rare. I appreciate the outcome, but this experience raises concerns about Expedia’s flexibility and support for loyal customers. Date of stay: March 27, 2026 – Room 104"

"The woman at the front counter in the AM on 4/5/26 was very professional and attentive. I did not catch her name but she made the stay very earming and we felt like part she was concerned with any of my needs. My family really enjoyed our stay."
