"The hotel and staff were perfect. The problem was the sign out front was not lit making it almost impossible to find at night in a town with 5, yes 5, double lined round abouts. We went by 3 times!"

"No ice buckets available, ac rattled had to turn off to sleep, compressor in utility room next door cycled off and on every 30 minutes loud enough to be a disturbance (staff indicated worked on frequently). Floor laminate in room was buckled. Wouldn’t stay again"
