There was no one at check in, I waited for 20 minutes. The pool and hot tub were closed (in the winter?). The thermostat in the room didn't work. The TV didn't work. The room itself was worn out. I paid over $300 for this. I request at least a partial refund.

I called four days before the trip to confirm the pool and hot tub we’re working. I received a call Center and they said it was working for that location. We got there checked in and the pool was not working and it was 40°. There was no safety lock on the door. The heat was broke and they had small plug-in heaters in each room and there was a burn spot on the linoleum where the old one was there’s no ice in the ice machine the whole trip from what we seen for the three days we were there. There was only two employees working. I travel for work and really like super eight in Wyndham properties. This is a terrible trip for me and my kids staying at this particular super eight would not recommend going there again to anyone.

The hot tub was out of service, there was a running space heater in the corner of the room, which we were thankful for. Found a pacifier on the floor near a chair. And breakfast was cupcakes and hohos, thank goodness the waffle mach. worked.. no juice only apples for fruit, kinda disappointing but not surprising...

The room was absolutely terrible. I booked a room at the hotel and was given a room at the rundown motel next to it. The doors had been kicked in at some point and then “fixed”. There was a piece of wood put in there to make the door close. You can see the outside from around the door frame. One of the rooms did not have a deadbolt that worked and a space heater for heat. When I asked for another room it was just as bad. And the room that we didn’t stay in was just given to someone else. They said they were fully booked, and those rooms should never have been rented. They overbooked and gave unsafe rooms to guests.

When I arrived a group of 10ish young children were in the hallway directly outside my door screaming, yelling, running up and down, and playing floor hockey while their parents were in the lobby, completely okay with their behavior. They did not start to quiet down until 8:30-9PM, making it difficult to go to bed.

The rooms were small and not maintened. The hotel lacked cleanliness. The bedspreads had multiple stains on them that appeared to be blood. The bed also had multiple hairs on them appearing like it hasnt been cleaned. Multiple things did not work including a lock on the door. The hotel had a bad odor. On a positive note, the hotel staff was very friendly.

The room was a dump. The TV didn't work, there weren't even a chair to sit on or a place to hang your jacket. All in all this was the worst place we've ever stayed in. If I could report you to the police for hazardous false advertising I would. I think all your interested in is the money and not the safty of your guests. I have never felt so ripped off as I feel right now. This hotel shilud be investigsted by hotels.cim. I would like to get my money back. It was to late to look for another motel.

Sheets had blood on them. I pulled back the mattress cover and found the mattress looked like it was 20 years old full of stains. I did a full sheet and blanket change and the fresh sheets had stains on them. They world not let us cancel and be refunded.

The place itself was okay BUT I forgot a pair of jeans and called less than 24 hours later to let them know I would come get them - first they said I had to email which no one answered so I called AGAIN and the answer was, "I don't know how to tell you this but they were thrown away." Say what??? Not in lost and found, not donated, thrown away... I call bs! They were like new jeans with a belt still through the loops and it was less than 24 hours from when I checked out 🤔.

I reserved a suite and even paid extra for early check-in, but the room wasn’t ready until an hour after we arrived. We were told it was still being cleaned. When we finally got access, the “suite” had a 12x14 inch hole in the wall, used tissues under the pillows, red stains on the comforter, and used hair ties left in the bathroom. While we were at the front desk reporting these issues, another couple was there because the manager had given their room away—they had literally walked in to find strangers settling into their room. To which the manager responded, "oh yes, we moved you to another room." With no apology or explanation to them. Unacceptable. Thirty minutes after requesting new sheets and cleaning service, I went back to the front desk only to find that the manager had completely forgotten about our situation. Eventually, we were moved to another room. It was somewhat cleaner, but the towel shelf fell off the wall when I grabbed a towel, and the toilet lever was broken (my husband had to fix it just so we could get through the night). The next morning, there was no breakfast provided, even though it was clearly advertised as included. Overall, this stay was unacceptable. The rooms were unsanitary, poorly maintained, and the management was disorganized and unresponsive. I would strongly recommend avoiding this property until major improvements are made.
