A true home away from home atmosphere once you set foot into 4726 sq ft home. From a cozy fireplace to a large screened in dining room, we have your best interest at heart. This expansive house has plenty of room for the entire family with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a gourmet kitchen. The kitchen has top of line appliances, cookware, and views of Round Lake complete with island and dining room. The master suite has a walk out porch overlooking the water for your morning coffee enjoyment. It also boasts a large walk-in closet and shower. A true retreat for you after a fun filled family day. The upstairs is all about the kids, featuring a theater room equipped with a popcorn machine and an 85 in TV for some movies with the family. We also have a playroom equipped with toys and a large bunk room for the kids to have a true sleepover with each other.

The true beauty lays outside with 225 ft. of private shoreline. We have plenty of yard space for all the fun yard games we include and a fun Maui mat for the water fun. There is a dock if you choose to rent or bring your own boat. We are conveniently located to all the best restaurants on the lake and some of the best fishing spots, so bring your poles. We also have outdoor grill and fire pit for evening activities. Those memories of sitting around a campfire will last a lifetime, the house even comes with everything you need to make the perfect s'more. We are also conveniently located from downtown Hayward which is known for its historical shopping and eateries. We are 15 minutes from some of the best restaurants, shops and the iconic Musky. You will receive a welcome basket with some of the great items you can find downtown to encourage exploration of our community and businesses. We are also close to all the trails the north has to offer and we provide a listing of rental companies if you choose to explore nature. Run, walk, ski, snowmobile and or bike your way through the most beautiful scenery. We have the famous Birkie Trail system that is sure to impress the most experienced athletes but also accommodates the novice athletes as well.

We are party people; we believe in celebrating each other and embracing joy. We allow celebrations (to a certain limit) and follow all ordinances, but we can help create the most memorable time. Our party planners can customize any event and take your event to the next level. All parties must be declared and approved prior to arrival and will require an additional deposit/fee. You can search our work on Facebook - Silver Star Market. We are experts in event planning with almost 15 years of experience. From rentals, flowers, and entertainment, we are your one stop shop for fun. We have a butler service upon request. We also can provide grocery shopping for you. We will coordinate with you prior to arrival for any goods you may need or want in the house. We will stock and set up all groceries you may need while you are with us. This available service is to help you vacation better.
