"The check-in was by the key box and as we were away much of the time we didn't meet the hosts. Everything was lovely and the location very central in Cassel, which is a nice small town we'd stayed in many times before. The cottage decoration and furniture is very French in style. Overall excellent but there are a couple of things to be aware of: 1. The spiral-style wooden stairway to 1st and second floors may not be suitable for some people. 2. We were able to park directly outside for free both days, but you might not be so lucky. In Cassel accommodation options are limited and I think this one is the best. It was also good value."
