Property is minimally clean. Very gloomy vibe to say the least. Lighting is not as bright as it’s shown in photos. Staff were very polite but semi helpful. Can definitely use a variety of more toiletries & a few modern touches.

Rude. Rooms didn’t lock. I was moved 3 times. TVs didn’t work. Room looked like it was used right before I entered. Housekeeping was very very rude about leaving by 11

When we arrived at the room, the access code didn’t work, so I contacted the host. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a response, so I had to reach out to support. A Home Away From Home!
The home fit our needs perfectly. Plenty of room for all of us and great common spaces. Wonderful location with plenty of restaurants to choose from. We sincerely appreciated having the steps and walkway shoveled within an hour of check out, which was extremely considerate of our host!
