"The room itself is simple, but nicely furnished. The desk is small, but guests can work and help themselves in the lobby lounge (24Hrs). The soundproofing in the room is better than comparable lodging places. I did not expect this to be a favorite place (in a quieter part of Amsterdam, thank goodness!)."

"We loved that the hotel is connected to the the terminal. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast. Service was excellent. Only suggestion would be an additional coffee machine as I was a hassle to have to wait in a long line first thing in the morning."

"Great hotel in the heart of the West of Amsterdam. Having grown up in that neighbourhood it was nice to have a nostalgic place to stay when visiting home. Staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful at all times. Check in and check out was smooth and they even looked after my luggage whilst I went out after checking out. The room was clean, comfy bed and good shower. The only real downside is that I explicitly put a do not clean sign on my door so that the cleaners wouldn't wake me up and they barged into the room at 9 in the morning anyway! They then kept asking me in the hallway if I'm checking out and I kept having to say no I'm just heading out. Then on the day I checked out they came in again after I told them to stop doing that and disturbing my sleep. It really puts a dent in your day when your woken up like that in what is meant to be a private room. No knocking just used the keys and entered whilst I'm in there with a sign on the door! Beyond that great place to stay and close to tram stops, shopping mall and supermarket so super convenient. Will definitely come back."

"The hotel was perfect for an affordable stay just out of Amsterdam. It's a large property, and is utilized by visitors, airlines and corporations, so expect it to be busy and rooms will likely not be ready before the noted check in time. There are a couple of other restaurants within walking distance, as well as an Albert Heijn, but the restaurant at the hotel was quite good. The room was large and surprisingly quiet. The shuttle was convenient, but expect it to be busy and plan accordingly."
