"Beautiful Place to relax by the sea and feel the breeze from the ocean. We enjoyed the beach at low tide. The property is well appointed and kitchen has everything you’d need. 10 mins to ptown and there’s a free bus. Highly recommend this condo."

"Location is very convenient to P-town, National Seashore, Truros popular beaches n lighthouse! Very comfortable accommodations. The property is on a busy road with no sidewalks- we drove to walkable beach where we had a bonfire (permit required)."

"This was our 2nd year at Dave's Breezy Beach condo. We love it!! It is spacious, clean, well equipped, has a huge closet with lots of hooks, has many outlets and charging ports and is set up to make a beach vacation easy and comfortable. There is plenty of parking and, as others have mentioned, the shuttle can be flagged down right outside. Dave is a wonderful host -- helpful, available, and unobtrusive. We highly recommend Dave's place. Thank you Dave!!!"

"The view of Providence Town and Cape Cod Bay from the deck is worth the price of admission. The home sits on atop of a bluff/cliff slightly off of Route 6. The place ought to be called view from the top of the World. My family and I had very much enjoyed coffee time from the deck before starting the day. The interior is dated but very well maintained. The cleaning crew does a great job turning the place over clean and fresh. I appreciated the back up generator, flashlights and radio by each bed side. It served to add to the rustic feel of being a top of a giant sand dune."
