This Immaculate home is just blocks away from shops, restaurants and tasting rooms of downtown Healdsburg. Just 10 minutes walk to Healdsburg historica Plaza, this house features an . open floorplan leading to a spacious private wrap around porch, large patio for entertaining and vineyard views beyond description. Shaded by mature trees and landscaping, relax to the whistle of the leaves. The interior features ten foot ceilings, top quality millwork, new appliances and custom countertops. Additionally, this property has two spacious bedrooms, with king beds and en-suites which make for a relaxing stay in Wine Country. There is a fold out couch for additional sleeping space in the office. A great opportunity that provides the best parts of wine country living!
Take in views of the local Sauvignon Blanc vineyard from the wrap around deck or patio, complete with an eating area and fruit trees. The perfect place to catch the sunset.
Central heat and air, gas-powered fireplace with on/off switch and ceiling fans. Feel free to use and replenish kitchen staples such as the sugar, olive oil, vinegar, coffee/filters for the SMEG drip coffee machine.

LIVING AREA
French doors open the living room to the great outdoors. Enjoy the vineyard view and fresh air while you relax on the new comfy couches. There are three TVs in the home with smart remotes in each room. Each TV has access to Xfinity, Netflix, etc.

The reading room/office is a quiet retreat detailed with a desk/chair and armoire with linens for the full-sized sleeper sofa.

KITCHEN & DINING
Stainless steel appliances and polished countertops invite your inner chef out to play in the modern kitchen. Plenty of cookware and gadgets are on hand, and the gas range makes stovetop cooking simple.

When it’s time to eat, gather at the breakfast bar or dining table (expandable with leaf insert and extra chairs).

BED & BATH
Sleep soundly in the primary suite, featuring a King bed, and high ceilings. The en-suite bathroom is appointed with a walk-in shower and a double vanity.

Seghesio Family Vineyards (1.5 miles) is a favorite destination for zinfandels. Or pack a picnic and head to Healdsburg Ridge Open Space Preserve (3.4 miles).
The Healdsburg Plaza is just a short 10-minute walk away.

Great stay
The house is a couple minute drive to town and is a great spot to relax and hang out in between exploring the different areas of Sonoma. Lots of natural light. And fruit plants all over the property which my toddler found fun and rewarding to pick and eat.

This house is actually better than the photos show. It has a beautiful view from the wrap around porch, vineyards all around. The location is great, feels far away but very close to town. We stayed as a family and it had everything we could have asked for. The recent remodel did not cut corners anywhere and paid much attention to detail. We look forward to stay again.

Great home for a girls getaway
Loved this home. Very comfortable for 5 women with 2 master bedrooms and the office had a comfy bed and full bath next to it plus a half bath. The kitchen is very well equipped. We cooked breakfasts and 2 dinners in. We had a rainy weekend so used the fireplace each day. The home is located on the corner of 2 very quiet streets. Close to town and wineries. Wonderful covered porch with lots of chairs. I would rent this home again.

Spectacular home with all of the amenities you’d need to live for months! Easy, but not pretty, walk to town. Healdsburg is a must stay for anyone visiting Sonoma Valley - easy walk to multiple great restaurants, winery tasting rooms and shops. A definite 5 Star Rating!!

We had two couples that stayed at the residence. Both had large, spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. There was also an office that was used for business calls and zooms. Very well appointed kitchen that was used extensively. Close to downtown but not really walkable due to lack of sidewalks, street lights and traffic. Overall, loved the property and will book again.

What a great place!
My brother, sister-in-law and I were very pleased with Vineyard Vue. So welcoming! Everything was clean, the kitchen extremely well-stocked with glasses, plates, cups, etc., and sensibly laid out; the outdoor areas are quite attractive; and all this with vineyards just across the way. Lovely to be able to enjoy a cozy fire in the livingroom where there was lots of reading material to choose from. And great to be close to, but separated from Healdsburg. We loved going out the wineries and vineyards, but always looked forward to coming back ‘home’ to Vineyard Vue in the evening.

A little slice of vineyard living
What an amazing home in an awesome location. The home is close enough to Healdsburg, yet you feel like you are in the vineyards with the vines growing right out the front door. Every detail and every dish, glass or towel you need was supplied. The home was spotless and cozy on a rainy day with the fireplace burning at night. We will be back in the spring.

Great home and service
This was a great place with amazing amenities and it was so clean and organized. The only issue we had was with walkability. We did not feel that going in to town was walkable. It is doable during the day, but still on busy roads for a while. It was not doable at night and didn’t feel safe. Ubers or Lyfts were not super easy to get for a large group in the area.

Wine Country Gem
Excellent location just minutes from downtown Healdsburg. Completely refurbished, farmhouse style retreat where rustic charm meets modern appointments and style. Very comfortable and plays like a much larger home with two large bedroom suites and 3.5 bathrooms overall. Was more than enough room for two couples. Wraparound porch is a great place to start the day with a coffee and end it with a great red from the Dry Creek Valley. Don't hesitate to book this great property.
