"we thought the 50 steps was only out the back, that there was a street level entrance...NOT the case. that was dangerous and strenuous hauling everything up50 steps and the place was a dump and not clean and OVERPRICED"

"The stay it’t self was wonderful. Neighbors saying we were speeding was excessive, as we could not because one sxs could only go 10 mph in a posted 15 mph road. This has nothing to do with Evolve or the host, bust just letting others that stay minds your speed and stereo volume. Will be staying there again, hopefully in October."
