Cozy & Convenient Studio with Kitchenette
Stay in comfort in the cozy Lynx Den. This second floor suite has amazing open views above the trees facing north for prime aurora viewing in winter and exceptional scenery year round. Den includes a kitchenette and private bathroom with shower. The property is located at the end of a road in a quiet neighborhood on just over 2 acres.
This one room den has one queen bed and one twin bed with sleeping space for up to 3 people. The kitchenette features a large mini fridge with freezer, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, 2 burner stovetop, pots & pans, and plates & glasses. Private bathroom with shower and fresh towels are provided.
Stair use is *required*. This is one of two units above the garage with shared driveway and entrance. Your den has a separate, lockable door. Parking is provided next to the garage. Garage space is not accessible to guests. Owner occupies home on property and it is also rented out during the summer months.
There are three security cameras outside overlooking the driveway and parking area.

We absolutely loved this place. It was clean, quiet and was everything it was advertised to be. We had everything that we needed to make us feel at home. The location was close to Denali NP but far enough from the tourist traffic. This was a great stopping point between Anchorage and Fairbanks. Thank you again for sharing your home!
This location was just perfect. Our daughter was working at 49th State Brewery. We could visit her regularly but was close to Denali and other areas to check out. This place was quiet and clean. I would definitely stay here again.
To us "city slickers", the Denali area seems so remote. This apartment was a haven for us as a home base for our exploring. It has a big window, facing north, that is a great view, and at a different time of year I imagine you could have some great Aurora viewing.
It's such a cute studio, everything we needed was provided, we enjoyed stargazing and playing Clue in the coziness. Abby was very communicative and kind. Her instructions made the place very easy to find and check in/out was very simple.
We loved having a cozy space to return to after visiting Denali NP. It is a clean, safe and well stocked space.
We also enjoyed the view from our second story window. The Aurora App notified us when auroras were visible. A few breaks in the clouds allowed us to see them from the window. A real treat.
Very, very clean. 15 min. drive to Denali N.P. Many restaurant choices between the apt. and the park. Nice view from our apt. Only minus was no TV, but who needs it on vacation ? Abby was easy to communicate with.
The apartment was exactly as described and was very comfortable for our stay. The host, Bee, was very communicative during our stay. We are runners and felt comfortable going out in the neighborhood for a run. Highly recommend staying here while visiting Denali as it was only a 20 minute drive to the Visitors Center.
