"Overall, good value and nice, clean hotel. Breakfast was all fresh but still a dissapointment as it was just bagels, self-serve yogurt, hard boiled unpeeled cold eggs, cereal, apples & bananas...nothing hot, no meats, waffles, pancakes, etc. Coffee station had regular, decaf & hot water with usual creams, tea & etc. BUT contrary to the print ad there the coffee was often cold. Our room was basic with a good bed - be sure to ask for extra pillows - and the bathroom was very clean and had an assortment of soap, shampoo & lotion dispensers. On our last night there, we had several small ants in our 3rd floor room which may or may not have come in on our bags or shoes...we reported this to the very friendly front desk staff upon leaving. Adequate parking, lobby seating, and good location right off I-270."

"The bathroom was not clean on arrival- dirty sink, trash not empty, empty tissue box - the decaf and hot water at the breakfast set up were not hot - in fact I suspect the decaf coffee was stored overnight in the fridge - it wasn’t room temp -it was ice cold. The main restaurant was very slow - there was one other table when we arrived and it took 20 minutes for the food to arrive. The waitress said there was only 1 cook - I was a professional chef -I’ve served over 180 people in one dinner shift by myself"
