home in the SkyRidge neighborhood, offering stunning views of the Jordanelle

Reservoir. This home is your gateway to mountain adventures, with skiing,

water sports, mountain biking, restaurants, shopping, and more just minutes

away.

This beautiful home offers plenty of space for a memorable family vacation. It

features a two-car garage that leads into the multi-level home, providing

ample parking. Upon entering, you'll find two bedrooms on the lower level

along with a theater den, perfect for unwinding with a movie after a day on

the slopes. The first bedroom has one queen bed and a triple bunk bed (3

twins), while a nearby full bathroom features a single sink and walk-in

shower. Down the hall, the second bedroom includes a king bed and an en suite

bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A laundry room with commercial-grade washer

and dryer is also conveniently located on this level.

Ascending the wooden stairway to the second level, you'll arrive at the open-

concept great room, kitchen, and dining area. Large picture windows provide

breathtaking 180-degree views of the Deer Valley slopes and Jordanelle

Reservoir. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a Wolf stove, two

sinks, and an appliance pantry. The living room offers ample comfortable

seating, a large flat-screen TV, and a cozy fireplace. The dining room seats

twelve, making it ideal for hosting and entertaining. Step outside to the

patio, complete with a grill, fire pit, and private hot tub.

Off the main living area are two more bedrooms. The master suite features a

king bed, fireplace, flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with double

sinks, a soaking tub, and a separate shower. Across the hall is a full

bathroom with a stand-up shower, followed by the second bedroom, which has a

king bed and boasts beautiful views, a seating area, and a desk.
